Service status
See whether Sudwire is working right now, and any recent problems, on the status page.
The status page shows whether each part of Sudwire is working, updated every minute:

| Source checks | Reading official sources for new stories |
| Drafting | Picking stories and writing drafts |
| Publishing to Ghost | Sending drafts to Ghost sites |
| X and Facebook | Reading the accounts of official bodies |
| Payments | Checkout, plan changes and invoices |
Some parts only appear once they're in use. Each part has a bar for the last 90 days, and the page lists recent problems with our updates.
While there's a problem, a banner also shows at the top of every page of the dashboard. If something isn't working for you and the status page says all is well, contact support.
