Ghost errors
What each Ghost error means, how Sudwire retries, and how to get drafts flowing again.
When drafts can't go to Ghost, the Ghost card in Settings shows Needs attention with the reason, and the Today page shows a banner. Sudwire tries again by itself, waiting a little longer each time (1, 2, 4 minutes and so on, up to 6 hours), and the card says when the next try is. After three failed tries in a row, we email you.
When connecting

When connecting or sending drafts

If Ghost refuses one article, Sudwire tries it again without the photo. If Ghost refuses that too, the article shows as Not delivered on your dashboard and the rest carry on.
