Export or delete your data
Download a copy of everything in your account, or delete the account for good.
Only the account owner can do these, on the Account page under Your data.
Download your data
Press Download my data for a JSON file with your account, team, sites, sources, articles, Scout chats and the last 90 days of activity. Connection keys and card details aren't in it: card details are held by our payment provider. You can download it 5 times a day.
Delete your account
- Press Delete account and read what happens.
- Type your account email to confirm, then press Delete my account.
- Your sites, their sources and every article we drafted are deleted. This can't be undone.
- A plan that would renew is cancelled first, so you won't be charged again.
- Your team members lose access.
- Posts already in WordPress stay on your site. You can remove the Newsroom plugin afterwards.
- We keep a record of which websites, cards and email addresses already had a free trial, and billing records for accounting.
