Write to us from the dashboard or by email, and messages on Agency and Enterprise are answered first.

  1. Open Contact support (it's at the bottom of every dashboard page).
  2. If you have more than one site, pick the one it's about.
  3. Write your message and press Send.

We reply by email to whoever wrote, owner or team member. You can also email support@sudwire.com, or reply to any email we send you.

Your message reaches us with your plan, so we can see your sites and help faster. Messages on plans with priority support (Agency and Enterprise) are answered first.

From the dashboard you can send up to 5 messages an hour. Before writing, the status page may already have the answer if something isn't working.
