Articles a day

The most drafts Sudwire writes for a site in a day: a limit, not a promise.

In your site's Settings, on the Publishing card, drag Articles a day to choose how many of your plan's articles go to this site. Left at the top, it follows your plan when the plan changes.

It's a daily limit, not a promise: how many arrive depends on your sources and settings. On a quiet day you get fewer, because Sudwire only writes stories that reach your Which stories setting.

How it's counted

  • Drafts written in the last 24 hours count, for the site and for the whole account.
  • On plans with several sites, the plan's articles a day are shared by all your sites.
  • During the free trial, Sudwire writes up to 5 a day, whatever you choose.
  • When there are more good stories than room, the most important are written first. The rest wait, and are dropped once they're twice as old as your Skip stories older than setting.
  • Drafts are spread over the day, one at a time, with a gap between them.
  • Drafts from a site you removed in the last 24 hours still count.

Getting more

  • If the Today page says “Your sources bring about 3 stories a day worth writing” (or another number), your sources can't fill your limit. Ask Scout for more.
  • Choose More stories under Which stories.
  • To raise the limit itself, the account owner can change the plan (see Change your plan).
