The AI label
Every article tells readers it was written with AI, and an editor can remove the label after checking the article and taking responsibility for it.
Every article Sudwire writes carries a short line for readers: Written with AI from official sources.
- On WordPress it's shown above the article text, and in your site's RSS feed.
- On Ghost it's the first line of the post.
WordPress articles also carry a machine-readable marker in the page saying the text was made with AI. It stays even when the visible label is removed.
Removing the label
The label can only come off when a named editor has checked the article and takes editorial responsibility for it.
- WordPress: in the Sudwire Newsroom box, tick Remove the AI label. I have checked this article and take editorial responsibility for it. It applies once the article is published, and is recorded with the editor's name.
- Ghost: delete the note line at the top before you publish. Sudwire records that the label was removed.
Articles published automatically go out with the label. On WordPress, an editor can still review one later: open it, tick the box and press Update.
Your dashboard shows who reviewed each article and whether the label was removed.
Developers can change the label's wording with the sudwire_label_text filter in WordPress, but can't remove it that way.
