Emails we send
The drafts email, setup tips and weekly summary you can turn off, and the emails that always arrive.
Emails go to the account owner's address. The owner chooses them on the Account page, under Emails.
- Email me when new drafts are ready for review: at most once a day per site, from 08:00 in the site's time zone, listing new drafts waiting for an editor. Without it, nobody is told when drafts are waiting.
- Setup tips and a weekly summary of what Sudwire did: a nudge if setup stalls, and a summary on Monday mornings from 08:00 in your first site's time zone.
Both have an unsubscribe link at the bottom that works without signing in.
Emails that always arrive
- Sign-in links and team invitations.
- Your first draft, when it's ready.
- Trial reminders and billing emails: a failed payment, a cancellation.
- Security emails.
- Problems on a running site: WordPress stopped picking up drafts, Ghost is turning drafts away, or sources stopped answering.
